1 bottle Balance Winemaker’s Selection Pinotage
2 Star anise pods
1 long orange peel
2 Tbsp of sugar
2 cinnamon sticks
Cook all ingredients in a saucepan until warm.
Remove the pan from heat and let it stand for 5 minutes.
The pour into servings.
This recipe is best served in mugs, garnished with a cinnamon stick.
